An innovator in non-surgical hair restoration, Great Many launched its digital presence and studio in Spring 2024.
In a space flooded with misleading information and fantastic claims, Great Many sought to create a customer experience focused on approachability and transparency. Yet achieving an approachable customer journey is easier said than done, with products that require meaningful education and separate conversion funnels.
We worked closely with the Great Many team to design and implement a highly customized marketing website and appointment booking flow, with customer journeys tailored to each user group. We expanded customer analytics and custom integrations with Great Many’s CMS platforms to allow for more personalized customer communications.
Since Great Many opened their doors in Spring 2024, results have been strong. As we learn more about the customer core, introduce new services, test and learn, we continue to work closely with the Great Many team to improve customer experience.
