Challenge

To introduce the new product, SUNFLOW needed to connect with a broader consumer base–expansing its reach beyond the pure premium segment. To do so effectively, SUNFLOW would need to rethink its consumer journey, from site design and C/X to acquisition and retention strategy.

Solution

Our team drew upon SUNFLOW’S consumer insights to revitalize the home page, product pages and educational content, and make data-driven optimizations to more effectively drive users down the conversion funnel. Simultaneously, we restructured the back-end to improve page performance, introduced new bundling and upsell features for AOV, and revamped SUNFLOW’s loyalty/referral program.

Results

SUNFLOW’s metrics improved across nearly all KPIs, delivering 50% revenue growth year over year.
