Dan has a proven record of building out and managing cross-functional teams from the ground up across multiple divisions. In 2015, Dan launched FANCHEST, Inc., a direct to consumer gifting company. Dan grew FANCHEST to a top 50 INC. 5000 company in 2019 before it was acquired by a Private Equity firm. Previously, Dan was one of the first employees at Tough Mudder and served on the executive team, as the company scaled from 0-$100m in four years. He puts his unique understanding of email, SMS, referral, partnerships, retention marketing strategies to work for today’s leading brands. Dan started his career at NBC Sports Ventures.
Founded Red Krypton in 2019 as a unique direct-to-consumer (DTC) solution for consumer brands. Previously, he co-founded Group SJR, a global pioneer in content marketing acquired by WPP, where he worked with clients including Pfizer, J&J, Janssen, Home Depot, Dell, IBM, Barneys, Target and other leading consumer and B2B brands. As an investor, advisor and DTC marketer, he has worked with standout brands including Boisson (leading Non-Alcoholic beverage retailer), Google Fiber, Ten Thousand (men’s fitness apparel) and Thursday Boot Company, among others. He is also a co-founder of sister firm Literate AI, a tech-enabled agency bringing the power of AI to provide a competitive advantage in a world overrun by algorithms.

Arthur is an experienced product and engineering leader who works closely with founding teams to scale businesses. At Red Krypton, he leads cross functional teams to create brilliant end-to-end experiences for clients, with a focus on the consumer. With more than 17 years of experience across strategy, user experience design and technology, Arthur has helped to build, pivot and scale DTC businesses. He started his career in UX design at Webs.com (acquired by Vistaprint) and helped scale Wanderlust as the Head of Technology. Arthur received his bachelor’s degree in Finance at Georgetown University. Outside of work, Arthur can be found surfing or honing his photography skills.
Since joining Red Krypton after graduating from Princeton University in 2020, Jessica has helped ideate and execute on ecommerce growth campaigns, UI/UX projects, email/SMS and retention initiatives and more. In addition to acting as Red Krypton's Chief of Staff, Jessica has worked hands-on with growth-stage and DTC companies including PORTA, Boisson, and Juvenescence, as well as with B2B and large-scale organizations like Jefferies Private Bank and Comtech.
